Prepare the Item
Ensure that the furniture is disassembled and placed back into its original packaging, including all hardware, manuals, and protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Collection
Once your request is approved, our logistics team will contact you to arrange a convenient time for our specialized couriers to collect the items from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
